Yemen Mobile Company intends to apply part of its proceeds to make payments under the contract for Consultancy Service for Preparation of Detailed Design for Yemen Mobile Complex in the capital city, Sana'a The services include preparation of complete Architectural and Engineering (A&E) design and to prepare Tender Documents for Yemen Mobile Complex & design include plans and related studies investigations that will enable construct of all the complex components which will enable the company to occupy and run its business immediately after moving in.
The required consultancy services may be summarized as follows:
The complex is expected to consist of one high-rise building and number of small buildings and it will include the following. (Main Office Building (Headquarter), Customer's service, Visitor Center, Data Center, Store Building, and Backup Power Station) The expected duration is 200 days starting from date of contract signing.
Yemen Mobile Company now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among stuff, etc.) Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Yemeni Tender Law No.23 for 2007 and its by Law:Selection and Employment of Consultants.
